Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
